Determining your business’s financial health is illustrated through documents, such as financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss documents—and not exclusively through bank statements.

No, you will not. We make sure to maintain transparency and complete communications throughout our processes. We will provide you with the necessary steps to know what is going in, and having access to the software that we use allows you to see the work we are executing for you. We require that you meet with us regularly so that we can keep you up to date and will not be stepping in to complete transactions as that power will remain in your hands. At the end of the day, we’re sherpas to make sure your financials are collectively in order and that you remain in power.

Our bookkeepers and accountants undergo regular information security and data privacy training to protect our clients’ privacy, security, and confidentiality. Our processes entail the use of password-protected files, especially when our clients submit documents related to their finances or financial information. Additionally, we have internal control systems in place to prevent data leaks, including a Four-Eye-Check process that involves double-checking emails, their attachments, and the body of each email to ensure that information is not sent to the incorrect recipient.

  • Without the express permission of your organization, no one can access your data. This includes bookkeepers, accountants, and specific employees. Additionally, we can implement restrictions to restrict all operations only to those to whom you grant access.
